Very moving. Reminds me of the man in the icy water when the Air Florida flight 90 plane hit the 14th street bridge who kept passing the rescue line to others. It is awesome to contemplate the courage of everyday Americans walking among us.

ReplyDeleteI was home sick that day and watched the whole thing unfold on TV! Very sad day indeed.
ReplyDeleteA very moving story, and a real hero. It must be so hard for the parents to go through that kind of grief... so many senseless deaths.
