You hear so much bad news about walmart. Now I do not know what to really make of all this negative news regarding the company. One things for sure their not the only reatailer that has done some things that are unfair to their employees that does not excuse the company. But surveys conducted have determined walmart pays better wages and benefits than other non union retailers. One thing that you never hear in the news media is that walmarts store employees are for the most part full time unlike most other retailers that hire mostly part time help. One other thing you do not became a 4 00 billion dollar company by hiring second rate help.
