World Economics: The Lending Merry-Go-Round

  1. There's no doubt...it's getting crazier and crazier. I see parallels with Europe in the late 20s as the U.S. partied on and Germany was imploding. Reparations money was passed around and hyperinflated, Britain was lent money to pay the U.S. etc. Today we also have China to be worried about.
    I hope we can get out of it but it is scary.

  2. No wonder the stock market is going "schizophrenic". This term comes from two Greek words meaning "split mind", how very appropriate.
